Investment requirements
A minimum investment of €300,000 (approximately US$342,000), excluding VAT and other taxes and fees, in one of the following:
- Residential property: up to 2 new units purchased from the developer, with a combined value of €300,000 or more; the units may be rented out.
- Commercial property: offices, shops, hotels, and similar properties, with a combined value of €300,000 or more.
- An investment in the share capital of a company based and operating in Cyprus that employs at least 5 people.
- Units in Cyprus investment funds: Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Alternative Investment Funds with Limited Number of Persons (AIFLNP), or Registered Alternative Investment Funds (RAIF).

Main applicant requirements
- Aged 18 or older; must meet security background check requirements.
- Proof of secured annual income from abroad of at least €50,000, plus €15,000 for a spouse and €10,000 for each dependent child.
- Health insurance covering inpatient and outpatient care.
