- Aged 18–55.
- A score of at least 65 points on the Business Innovation and Investment points test.
- Total net business and personal assets (net worth) of at least A$1.25 million.
- A business owner, or a shareholder with an active management role.
- A successful business track record in your home country.
- Nomination by an Australian state or territory government.
