The Grenada citizenship by investment program continues to attract investors worldwide, with interest growing steadily thanks to its relatively low minimum investment amount, fast processing, and significant benefits. For 2024, IMM Group has once again been confirmed as the only Grenada CBI authorized agent in Vietnam.

The Government of Grenada permits only licensed firms to introduce the Grenada citizenship by investment program to clients, advise them on it, and prepare investment applications. Unlicensed advisory firms may act only as sub-agents of licensed firms and may not handle client applications themselves. Many international firms hold this license, but IMM Group is proud to be the first and only Vietnamese company licensed by the Government of Grenada to advise on the program (license shown below). IMM Group has held the license since 2021, and it was renewed in 2024.
To obtain the license, IMM Group had to meet the Government of Grenada’s standards on legal standing, financial capacity, staffing, reputation, experience, transparency, integrity, and how it screens client applications, in an assessment by the Government of Grenada that took nearly 2 years. Investors can find IMM Group on the list of licensed agents published by the Government of Grenada on the program’s official website.
Grenada citizenship by investment: a program with significant benefits
The Grenada citizenship by investment program was established to attract foreign investment and support the island nation’s economic development. With advantages such as fast processing of around 10–12 months and no age, education, work experience, or language requirements for applicants, demand for Grenada citizenship has been rising sharply. The program set impressive records in 2023, receiving nearly 1,700 new applications in the first 3 quarters of 2023 alone.
There are currently 2 ways to participate in the program:
- A contribution to the National Transformation Fund (NTF), starting at US$235,000.
- A minimum investment of US$270,000 in a government-approved resort real estate project.
With a Grenada passport, the investor and eligible family members (which may include grandparents, parents, children, and siblings) gain a wide range of benefits, including:
- Grenada citizenship does not expire, and there is no residency requirement.
- The Grenada passport offers visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to 147 destinations, including the United Kingdom and the Schengen Area (Germany, Italy, France, Finland, and others). Holders can stay in the Schengen Area for up to 90 days in any 180-day period and in the UK for up to 180 days per year.
- With Grenada citizenship, investors and their families may become eligible to apply for a U.S. E-2 visa after being domiciled in Grenada for at least 3 consecutive years.
- Access to education and healthcare in Grenada. Leading universities in Grenada often partner with universities in the United States and the United Kingdom. Notably, Grenada is home to St. George’s University (SGU), described as the third-largest international source of physicians for the United States. SGU graduates may have opportunities to build careers in the United States.
- For some investors, Grenada citizenship can also support tax planning. Grenada does not tax non-resident citizens on their foreign-source income, and it does not levy inheritance or gift tax.
