What Grenadian citizenship gives you
- You and your family can receive Grenadian citizenship and passports if your application is approved.
- The Grenadian passport offers visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to more than 140 countries and territories, including much of Europe, the United Kingdom, China, and Hong Kong.

Basic eligibility
- The main applicant must be 18 or older.
- You must be in good health, have no criminal record, and be able to show a lawful source of funds for the investment.
- All applications are subject to due diligence background checks and require approval from the Government of Grenada.
Projected returns
- According to the project documents, the projected return is about 4% a year for 5 years, or roughly US$54,000 in total.
- Returns are paid after your citizenship application is approved and you have paid the full investment amount under the project terms.
- This is a projected return based on the project documents and contract. Actual results depend on construction progress, resort operations, market conditions, and the terms you sign.
