Main applicant requirements
- Aged 18 or older
- No upper age limit
- Must pass security background and medical checks

- Legal spouse
- Unmarried, financially dependent children under 30
- Financially dependent parents and grandparents of either spouse, with no age limit
- Siblings of either spouse who are over 18, unmarried, and have no children
- All family members must pass security background and medical checks.

Lawful source of funds and investment options
- Evidence of the lawful source of your investment funds
- Option A — NTF contribution: US$235,000 for a family of up to 4, non-refundable
- Option B — Real estate investment: at least US$270,000 in a government-approved project such as the InterContinental Grenada Resort (minimum 5-year holding period), plus a US$50,000 government contribution

Deposit and due diligence
Sign a deposit agreement and complete initial due diligence on your application.

Service agreement and application preparation
Sign the service agreement and begin preparing your application.

Submission, interview, and review
- Submit the source-of-funds due diligence file and the formal application to the Government of Grenada.
- Mandatory interview for the main applicant and dependents aged 16 and over, online or in person.
- Await the decision.

Approval and completion of the investment
Receive approval in principle, then complete the NTF contribution or the remaining 90% of the investment.

Receive your Grenada passport
Receive final approval, take the oath of allegiance (online), and receive your certificate of citizenship and Grenada passport.
