IMM Group 20th Anniversary: A Lunar New Year Letter of Gratitude

Dear valued clients and partners,

On January 15, 2005, IMM Group was founded in a small rented room, starting from nothing but big ambitions. We began with an unshakable belief that, however modest our starting point, if we held fast to our core values and did what was right, success would follow.

Today, January 15, 2025, as we look back on the 20-year journey behind us, we are deeply moved and proud. These two decades have been full of milestones, with great strides forward and difficulties that at times seemed insurmountable. There were failures, too, but those very challenges became valuable lessons that helped IMM Group mature and hold more firmly to the values we stand for: ethics, integrity, and gratitude.

These values are not only the foundation of IMM Group; they were also inspired by our founder, Mr. Tran Van Tinh, who brought IMM Group into being with a strong and deeply humane philosophy of life. As Mr. Tinh once said: “Business is not about winning; it is about living the right way. If one day we must choose between profit and our core values, choose the values, because values endure while profit is only fleeting.” These words are not only a guiding principle for IMM Group but also the strength that carries us through every challenge, so that every decision we make carries lasting meaning and a human purpose.

As we enter 2025, IMM Group hopes its journey will go beyond business achievements and become part of a wider effort to build lasting value for the community. Mr. Tinh had previously devoted 20% of business profits to the Be Better Foundation, a nonprofit foundation whose mission is to support education and human development. Starting this year, however, he has decided to raise that contribution to 50% of profits. This is more than a commitment: it is our way of expressing deep gratitude to the society that has stood by us and supported us, and a reflection of IMM Group’s responsibility to deliver greater value to the community.

Every action IMM Group takes, large or small, comes from gratitude: gratitude for life itself, and for the trust our clients and partners have placed in us. We believe that a truly meaningful life is not only about creating value for ourselves but also about sharing that value with more people. When you work with IMM Group, you are not only walking alongside us on your own journey but also indirectly helping to build something better for the community.

As the Lunar New Year approaches, with the seasons turning and a promising new year drawing near, we would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all of you, the people who have made IMM Group what it is today. For the past 20 years, we have acted with a clear conscience, true to the values we chose. However difficult the road ahead may be, IMM Group will stay true to the path we have chosen: doing business with a conscience, and building value through integrity and gratitude.
