A poor tofu boy gives advice for startups

“If you build a startup with only passion, you will be stuck, and cannot get it right. Passion changes anyway. Today, you can go for one thing, tomorrow you would turn to another. Passion must go along with motivation to become the strength.  Under pressure, passion and motivation can become success”. This is the experience that Mr. Tran Van Tinh, Founder and CEO of IMM Group, wants to share with young entrepreneurs.
