Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy (Carmen) is currently working at the head office of IMM Group in Ho Chi Minh City, serving as Office and Administrator Manager.
In this position, she administers the call center and online customer care department on platforms such as Facebook, Zalo, and Viber. Her department is in charge of responding to and addressing questions concerning IMM Group’s services from clients. In addition, she also takes on the task of running daily operations of the IMM Group Building, maintaining the IMM Group’s office image and landscape during business events or special occasions.
She believes that the key to sailing a ship efficiently is to have a good captain and crew members pulling on the same oar. The same rule applies to running a business, meaning each person is a link to the success of the business. Therefore, she is proud to be a member of the IMM Group, and her department is also one of the minor but essential links contributing to forming positive first impressions with customers, helping to connect them with investment advisors faster.
Ms. Thanh Thuy graduated from university with a major in Hospitality Management and gained extensive experience working in the priority customer care department before joining IMM in 2008. In 2019, Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy was awarded “The Most Loyal” by the CEO for her dedication over the past decade at IMM Group.
