Thomas Lee serves as Manager and CEO of IMM Management. With more than 20 years of experience in investment management and financial services, Mr. Lee brings a comprehensive background spanning EB-5 immigration finance, commercial real estate development, fixed income asset management, and wealth advisory services.
Mr. Lee has been an active participant in the EB-5 industry for over 15+ years, operating and running a Regional Center and advising foreign investors having raised in excess of $250 million in EB-5 capital.
Mr. Lee’s past experience includes serving as Vice President of Finance for a real estate development firm, where he specialized in deal structuring and the arrangement of senior debt, mezzanine debt, and equity financing transacting on over half a billion in commercial property value.
Before transitioning into real estate development, Mr. Lee was an Analyst at Metropolitan West Asset Management (MWAM, acquired by TCW Group), a fixed income asset manager with over $30 billion in AUM. In this role, he was responsible for investment analytics, due diligence, RFP management, and reporting across the firm’s fixed income bond fund platform. He also worked at Morgan Stanley, where he earned his FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
He has earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Finance from George Mason University’s School of Business, and a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
