Six Senses La Sagesse Grenada is an approved project under the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Program. Construction is complete, and the resort is officially scheduled to open in April 2024.
This renowned 5-star resort sits on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. Six Senses was voted the world’s top hotel brand by Travel + Leisure readers for 3 consecutive years (2017–2019). The brand is known and loved by travelers worldwide for resorts set in spectacular natural surroundings and for service that goes beyond expectations.

Six Senses La Sagesse: an island paradise that captivates every guest
With commanding views of the ocean and the small coves of southern Grenada, Six Senses La Sagesse invites guests to step into an island paradise, leave their worries behind, and set out on a journey of discovery — of the natural world and of themselves.
Designed to capture the spirit of Caribbean life, surrounded by nature and alive with rich colors and scents, the resort keeps a close connection to Grenada’s “Isle of Spice” heritage. It offers 56 pool suites, with rustic architecture built from natural, renewable, and repurposed materials. Interiors are contemporary, with open-plan bedrooms, and each suite has an outdoor terrace leading to a private plunge pool.

The resort also has 15 hillside and beachfront villas with one, two, or four bedrooms, each with spacious bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. The 5 larger four-bedroom villas sit on the Bluff, with 270-degree views over one of the most beautiful settings in the Caribbean. Surrounded by extensive landscaped gardens, they feel like a world of their own while remaining closely connected to all of the resort’s amenities, including its restaurants, water sports, and spa.
Sustainability guides everything the resort does — from using Grenada’s fertile volcanic soil to grow herbs and its Eat With Six Senses dining philosophy, to energy and waste management, water conservation, and support for community projects. The resort is also planting 3,000 new shrubs and mangroves along the lagoon, a thriving habitat for many species of birds, fish, and other wildlife.
The Caribbean, and Grenada in particular, has long been a favorite destination for Western travelers, and Six Senses La Sagesse is expected to see strong demand in the coming holiday season.
An investment opportunity with Grenada citizenship and global mobility for your family
The current Grenada citizenship by investment program was established in 2013 to attract foreign investment and support the island nation’s economic development. To qualify, investors must invest a minimum of US$270,000 in a government-approved tourism real estate project and hold the investment for at least 5 years. When Six Senses La Sagesse first opened for investment, it quickly drew strong interest from investors around the world.
With the Six Senses project now fully subscribed, IMM Group is introducing investors to another premium project: InterContinental Grenada Resort, a luxury 5-star resort from the InterContinental brand, located next to Six Senses. This 5-star resort is a qualifying project under Grenada’s citizenship by investment program, with investments starting from US$270,000. Construction officially began in July 2022, and it is InterContinental’s newest 5-star resort project in the Caribbean. The project offers investors the following benefits:
- A projected (not guaranteed) profit share of 3–4% per year once the resort is operational.
- Investors receive 7 complimentary nights per year.

Grenada authorizes only companies that fully meet its legal, financial, transparency, and integrity requirements to promote its citizenship program. Unlicensed companies may act only as sub-agents and cannot handle client applications directly. IMM Group is currently the first and only Vietnam-based company licensed by the Government of Grenada as an International Marketing Agent for its citizenship program.
A Grenada passport offers investors a wide range of benefits:
- Grenada citizenship is permanent and allows dual citizenship.
- The Grenada passport offers visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to 147 destinations, including the United Kingdom and the 29 Schengen Area countries (Germany, Italy, France, Finland, and others). Holders can stay in the Schengen Area for up to 90 days in any 180-day period and in the UK for up to 180 days per year.
- With Grenada citizenship, investors may become eligible to apply for a U.S. E-2 visa after being domiciled in Grenada for at least 3 consecutive years, provided they make a substantial investment in a U.S. business; their spouse and unmarried children under 21 may accompany them. This nonimmigrant visa allows the investor to live in the United States while developing and directing that business.
- Access to education and healthcare in Grenada. Leading universities in Grenada often partner with universities in the United States and the United Kingdom. Notably, Grenada is home to St. George’s University (SGU), whose medical school is the world’s third-largest source of physicians for the United States.
- For some investors, Caribbean citizenship can also support tax planning. These countries generally do not tax non-resident citizens on their foreign-source personal or business income, and they do not levy inheritance or gift taxes.
