“Childhood Christmas – Be childish again”- Christmas Party was considered as one of the most important and memorable events in 2017.
Everyone has their own beautiful memories that they desire to bring back, which turns out to belong to the childhood state. As we grow up, we have to face real-life irritations and responsibilities, which are completely different from what we experience in the early years, where negativities did not exist but joys and simplicity. The “Childhood Christmas – Be childish again” party idea came from the nostalgia for innocent time. Coming to the party, all the staff at IMM Group, as well as partners and guests, would enjoy the opportunity to be ‘childish again’ to escape from adult’s stress, and enjoy just pleasure and happiness.
“Childhood Christmas – Be childish again” party was successfully held on Friday, 22nd December, on 3rd floor of the IMM Building. Christmas Party was considered as one of the most important and memorable events in 2017 to bring all the staff, close partners and guests together to celebrate the end of the year and also enjoy the feast and ambiance of special holidays.
The party was designed to bring back comfort and warmth. Not only the event venue but also all other spaces of the building were decorated in a colorful and lively Christmas theme.
As the goal was to bring back good childhood memories, all the staff at IMM Group were asked to wear their favorite Pyjamas to look like kids – those who usually stayed in the bedroom at Christmas night and awaited surprising gifts from Santa Clause. This was considered as a remarkable part of the night, which set a comfortable and friendly atmosphere.
The party was full of colorful decorations, live music as well as exciting activities. This was also the night for calling out winners of “Christmas Decoration” and “The best Christmas costume” awards. After the impressive opening performance, all the teams gathered to do presentations about their stunning works. Afterward, Mr. Tinh Tran (Tony), Founder and CEO of IMM Group, represented all the judges to announce winning teams.
After the gift exchange activity, all staffs joined for the most special activity of the night – the surprise birthday party for Mr. Tran Van Tinh, Founder and CEO at IMM Group.
As the night went on, all participants got more and more immersed in all activities . That was the time all the members gathered at the stage area, sang beautiful songs and shared unforgettable moments together.
The “Christmas Childhood – Be childish again” party was a success by bounding the team together and giving joy to all staff. This was a good opportunity for the staff to know more about others, improve relationships, and to refresh for a productive new year of 2018.
