Nicole Jadelrab is the founding partner of AWD and Associates. Nicole is a triple threat in real estate with a law degree, an MBA, and a broker’s license. Her educational background, and professional licenses provide her with the knowledge to handle all areas of the real estate investment.
Nicole has worked in real estate for over eight years, lending her legal, and financial expertise to different real estate investors and developers. Over the years Nicole has participated in a billion in real estate transactions. Prior to founding AWD and Associates Nicole was a principal at Blaqk Diamond Group for 5 years, and before that worked as in-house counsel for a private investment firm worth 7 billion.
In addition to AWD and Associates, Nicole continues to practice law maintaining her own legal practice focused in real estate and business law
