Dang Phuong Anh (Jasper) currently holds the position of Translator at IMM Group.
Phuong Anh graduated from the Faculty of English Linguistics at Hanoi University – an institution established in 1952 and one of only two facilities in Vietnam dedicated to foreign language training and research at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Even while studying, Phuong Anh continually participated as an interpreter and translator in activities and programs such as the Global Finance Conference through a Vietnam-Korea cultural exchange event, and as a volunteer tourist guide in a volunteer program organized by the Hanoi Department of Tourism and the Hanoi Youth Union.
Furthermore, Phuong Anh worked at translation and notarization service centers to accumulate experience in her field of study and as a way to practice an early independent lifestyle. She also has experience working as a corporate relations officer and managing, evaluating, and recruiting foreign teaching staff at a new homestay-style English center.
After graduating, Phuong Anh had the opportunity to gain extensive experience and self-training in the marketing field before becoming a translator specializing in Marketing-Sales content and the psychology within Marketing-Sales.
Coming from a family with linguistic and academic aptitude, and fortunate to clearly identify her ability and passion for languages early on, Phuong Anh maintains an eager attitude, aspiring to research and experience more in this field.
As a member of IMM Group, she always strives to excel in her work with the motto: ‘Transforming talent and experience into the most precious jewel.’ Fortunately, this aligns with the value that IMM Group strives for – ‘Serving with genuine value.’
‘Everyone has 6 core human needs. The great thing is that this time, I found a company that aims for a value almost identical to one of the needs I invest in the most – Contribution,’ Phuong Anh shared during a conversation with the IMM Group HR department.
