Luu Hieu Han (Hana) holds the position of Translator at IMM Group.
Han graduated with a major in Translation and Interpretation from the Faculty of English Linguistics and Literature at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ho Chi Minh City. She is currently responsible for translating clients’ immigration files and the company’s internal documents.
During her university years, Han participated in subtitling for non-profit projects and historical films on YouTube to expand her vocabulary and enhance her skills in using computer-assisted translation software. After completing her academic program, Han interned as a Translator at an overseas study consulting firm. This internship provided Han with new knowledge about the study abroad and migration sectors, familiarizing her with various types of applications, documents, and the translation requirements set by Consulates.
As a translator, Han always upholds the value of translation quality and consistently strives to improve her work.
‘You learn more from failure than from success’ is a quote that inspires Han greatly to work more effectively.
