A qualifying real estate investment
An investment of at least €300,000 (approximately US$342,000) plus VAT in a new property bought directly from the developer.
Prepare your application
The application can include the investor, their spouse, and dependent children. In addition to owning the property, you must show a sufficient annual income.
Become a permanent resident
To maintain your status, you need to visit Cyprus at least once every 2 years.
Cyprus permanent residence is not the same as Cypriot citizenship, and it does not confer the right to live and work throughout the EU.

Meet the residence and language requirements
At least 8 years of physical residence in Cyprus within an 11-year period, Greek at B1 level, and a pass in the official test on Cyprus's contemporary political and social life.
Cypriot (EU) citizenship
Dual citizenship is permitted. A Cypriot passport offers visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to more than 170 destinations.
