What Grenada citizenship offers

  • You and your family can receive Grenada citizenship and passports if your application is approved.
  • The Grenada passport offers visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to more than 140 countries and territories, including much of Europe, the United Kingdom, China, and Hong Kong.
  • No residence in Grenada is required to maintain citizenship.
  • Most of the application process can be completed from your country of residence.

Basic eligibility

  • The main applicant must be 18 or older.
  • You must be in good health, have no criminal record, and be able to show a lawful source of funds for the investment.
  • All applications are subject to due diligence background checks and require approval from the Government of Grenada.

Projected returns

  • The projected return is about 4% a year for 5 years, roughly US$54,000 in total.
  • Under the project terms, returns are paid after your citizenship application is approved and you have paid 100% of the investment.
  • This is a projected return based on the project documents and contract. Actual results depend on construction progress, resort operations, market conditions, and the terms you sign.

  • Investors receive 7 complimentary nights a year at the resort for 5 years, according to project information.
  • Use of these stays is subject to the project's rules and operating calendar.
