Huynh Thi Ngoc Hanh (Elena) graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in English Linguistics from Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry. Even as a student, she was passionate about translation and interned at several companies specializing in translation and notarization services to hone her experience. Over the past 4 years, she has specialized in translating and processing files related to immigration, study abroad, travel, and more.
Having joined IMM Group in 2019, Ngoc Hanh is currently the Head of the Translation Department, overseeing translation, notarization, and processing of immigration files for numerous clients, as well as handling the company’s internal documentation.
Translation work not only requires the delivery of high-quality translations but also demands meticulousness and promptness. Therefore, Ngoc Hanh constantly strives to cultivate knowledge and experience daily, organizes and processes files according to schedule, and closely monitors the entire workflow of her team members, ensuring the best translations are delivered to meet the requirements of clients, lawyers, and the company.
In 2019, Ngoc Hanh was recognized for her achievement as the ‘Most Effective Support Department.’
