Phung Luong Minh Thao (Grace) has held the role of Assistant to the Board of Directors at IMM Group since 2021. Under the direction of the Board, Minh Thao assists in building the company’s internal system. She supports the implementation of systematic, meticulous, and professional procedures, organizes internal information systematically, finalizes details, and acts as a bridge between the Board of Directors and relevant departments.
Minh Thao’s main areas of responsibility include:

Internal Operations: Work related to establishing the procedures and regulations for the company and individual departments.

Service Specialty: Tasks supporting the Consulting and Processing departments in arranging and providing documents and information to clients.

Corporate Affairs: Serving as the key contact point with IMM’s project partners regarding matters such as contracts, due diligence, training organization, and accounts receivable/payable.

Her working motto is to always put forth maximum effort in every assigned duty: from simple, minor tasks to important, complex ones; from domestic work to transnational matters; from internal duties to working with partners in Singapore, the EU, the U.S., etc.; and from purely administrative work to corporate affairs.
