Tran Thi Thu Ha (Hayley) is currently an Investment Migration Consultant at IMM Group. In this role, Thu Ha’s responsibilities include consulting and supporting clients, and cultivating strong relationships that contribute to a positive image for the firm.
Thu Ha graduated from the Foreign Trade University in Hanoi with a specialization in International Commercial Law. Her legal background has instilled in her a foundation of integrity and a meticulous mindset.
Thu Ha consistently prioritizes ethical conduct, respecting truth and legal compliance. She provides clients with transparent counsel regarding both the potential benefits and the inherent risks, ensuring they can make fully informed decisions before proceeding further. Clients consistently feel assured and comfortable when working with Thu Ha.
She exercises extreme caution in receiving information, liaising with partners, and relaying data to clients, ensuring all information is substantiated and verified for accuracy. Thu Ha focuses on selecting the most optimal strategies, minimizing risks, and consistently placing the client’s best interests first.
From 2016 to 2020, Thu Ha assisted clients with over 800 applications for business, tourism, family visit, and study purposes. Since officially joining IMM Group as a Consultant in 2020, she has successfully supported numerous Vietnamese investor families in achieving their settlement goals in countries across Europe, Australia, Grenada, and Montenegro.
