Thomas Lee is Managing Director of IMM U.S. Capital Management and responsible for overseeing the operation and management of all U.S. activities. Mr. Lee has been in the EB-5 industry for 10+ years working with foreign clients and consulting for regional centers that have successfully launched over four projects and have sponsored over $250 million in funds. He was also a Vice President for a Real Estate Company, an Analyst at Metropolitan West Asset Management (“MWAM”), and a Wealth Advisor at Morgan Stanley. He has 15+ years of investment management and financial services experience, having been involved in real estate financial transactions on commercial properties that have a value of over $500 million.

Mr. Lee has helped hundreds of families successfully immigrate to America. His strong desire to help families immigrate to America stems from having had immigrant parents. He understands the difficulties families must face when immigrating to the U.S. and has been quoted to say: “My parents immigrated to this amazing county and I understand the hardships and challenges families face when immigrating to a new country. The fear, concern, and not knowing what to expect in migrating to a new country can be very worrisome for families. My mission is to provide families with the best chance of success to immigrate while making the process as simple as possible helping them every step of the way.” Mr. Lee has been a strong advocate of the EB-5 program speaking at conferences as a panelist.

Before joining IMM, Mr. Lee was a Vice President for a Commercial Real Estate Developer. As Vice President of Finance, Mr. Lee specialized in deal structuring and financing Senior and Mezzanine Debt and Equity Funds. The crown achievement was closing a $108 million CMBS loan on a commercial retail center in 2011 during the credit crisis when lenders were extremely tight on lending requirements.

Prior to transitioning into commercial real estate, Mr. Lee was an Analyst at MWAM, a fixed income asset manager with over $5 billion AUM, where he handled analytics, due diligence and RFP requests, and reporting of the firm’s fixed income bond funds. Before MWAM, Mr. Lee was a Wealth Advisor at Morgan Stanley, where he obtained his FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. Mr. Lee graduated from George Mason University’s School of Business with a B.S. in Finance.

Mr. Tran Tuan Anh (Alex) was appointed by CEO to serve as Deputy COO (in 2019) and Director of Case Processing (in 2017) of IMM Group. He takes the main responsibility of overseeing the pre and developing the overall strategies for all Residency-by-investment programs in the U.S., Australia, Canada, Europe, and the Caribbean. Especially with issues regarding providing proof of investment funds.

Before joining the BOD of IMM Group, Mr. Tuan Anh had 7 years of devotion to IMM Group and directly executed hundreds of investor and family profiles for migration programs in the U.S., Australia, Canada, and Europe. The approval rate of Mr. Tuan Anh’s profile is 100%. He has considerable experience providing strategies for complex cases, even when the government requires additional explanations, necessitating plans/tactics beforehand.

With over 10 experience’s years serving in the residence-by-investment field, Mr. Tuan Anh and his team have contributed substantially to the success of IMM Group, helping develop and streamline the procedure of case processing. His work motto is to put himself in the client’s position to deliver the most efficient plan and the approval officer to supply the safest tactics as well.

Mr. Tran Tuan Anh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Finance.

Chor Ghee has acquired extensive experience from 30 years of business, corporate and consultancy involvements (including more than 15 years in Vietnam) in dealing with investment management, foreign direct investment, cross border taxation / financial management, M&A, as well as structuring and managing strategic alliance and joint ventures.

He has successfully developed an advisory and accountancy practice that has since March 2014 merged into Tricor Vietnam Co., Ltd. In this capacity, he has assisted many foreign companies to set up, acquire and expand their businesses in Vietnam.

Chor Ghee has also co-founded IMM Group, one of leading investment management / wealth advisory firms in Vietnam.

Together with his business partners in Vietnam, he promotes Vietnam as an excellent investment destination for foreign multinationals, as well as supporting the internationalization of Vietnamese investment.

He is a prolific speaker on cross border investment topics in regional conferences and workshops.

Tran Van Tinh (Tony Tinh) – a self-made entrepreneur, philanthropist, and author – is the founder and the soul of IMM Group. Under his leadership, the group has established a mission to build enduring values, culture, and sustainable operational principles, transforming IMM Group into a symbol of integrity, ethics, dedication, and community contribution.

Growing up in the Mekong river delta, he came to Saigon to make a career in 2000. He studied English at university, then he did one more course in tourism. After 3 years of working in the tourism industry, he started 2 companies, one after another, specializing in websites and IT, which turned out not to be successful. Finally, in January 2005, he set up the first Vietnamese immigration consulting company, which has developed into IMM today.

Having experienced many ups and downs in life, Tony has learned a lot of lessons about being a good person as well as a good leader. He has also tried to enrich his knowledge by reading plenty of books, learning from great partners from different continents, and taking quite a few courses offered by Harvard University, such as Leadership Principles, Management Essentials, Sustainable Business Strategy, etc.

After 17 years of operating the company, with devotion to charity work, he empowered the Board of Directors to manage the Company and officially established the charity Be Better Foundation (formerly known as Tony foundation) from his personal finance in early 2022. The charity aims to provide disadvantaged children with opportunities to go to school and even university.

Recently, he published the book “Living a Fulfilling Worthy Life” a work that shares valuable lessons from his life’s journey. The book is a message to everyone that anyone can reach a meaningful, balanced, and successful life if they choose to live each day to the fullest.
