Senior Case Processing Executive

What You Will Do

In your role as a Case Processing Executive at IMM Group, you will come into contact with numerous successful entrepreneurs, business owners, and affluent investors. They are individuals of status, possessing outstanding financial capabilities and societal standing.

Your main responsibility is to gather all information regarding customers’ finances, business management experience, and personal background. This information is then organized and analyzed in collaboration with immigration lawyers and overseas experts. The aim is to present evidence of their legally acquired financial assets, business management expertise, good character, and sound health. This presentation is crucial for meeting the requirements for permanent residency and/or citizenship approval under the business/investment category in various countries including those in Europe, Canada, the United States, Australia, and the Caribbean.

When working with entrepreneurs and international lawyers, you will need to organize your time, workflow, and closely monitor progress to ensure that files are completed as efficiently and professionally as possible. You will not only communicate in English with foreign partners via email but also through meetings and face-to-face interactions. Apart from document collection from entrepreneurs, active collaboration with immigration experts and international lawyers is imperative to meticulously analyze and construct a comprehensive and professional file strategy. This strategy, marked by precision, logic, and professionalism, is geared towards securing the highest approval rate for the file, similar to how a lawyer prepares a case before going to court to defend the plaintiff.

The working process will offer you opportunities to learn extensively about both domestic and international law, financial knowledge, banking, anti-money laundering regulations, tax policies, and practical insights into the world of successful entrepreneurs.

What You Will Get

In addition to the base salary of up to 23,000,000 VND, you may receive bonuses of up to 500,000,000 VND per year, depending on the level of customer satisfaction – assessed by the clients you serve during the file processing.
