Responsibilities
- Managing full group Human Resources function and its annual plan in: HR planning, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits (C&B), performance evaluation, organizational culture development;
- Reviewing and developing HR policies, guidelines and procedures;
- Through effective leadership to maintain the operations of the HR department;
- Cooperate with related departments to ensure the overall business strategy.
Requirements
- Experience:
+ Minimum 5 year’s related experience;
+ Strong expertise in processes and policies involving social insurance, taxes, salary payroll, labor registration, labor laws, etc;
+ Mastering recruiting strategies, and interview processes;
+ Be knowledgeable, and oriented in developing organizational cultures.
- Skills:
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (friendly, energetic, positive, concise, focused);
+ Good use in supportive tools (Microsoft office, necessary software, etc);
+ Good English communication skills.
- Basic mindset:
