The director bears ultimate legal responsibility for the company&#8217;s operations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shareholder:<\/strong> A minimum of 1 and a maximum of 50 shareholders (for a private company). Shareholders may be individuals or corporate entities, and 100% foreign ownership is permitted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Company secretary: This is a mandatory statutory role.
