Internal Digital Tools (IMM App) and Relevant Privacy Policies<\/h2>\n<p>In addition to the website, IMM Group developed internal digital tools to provide our clients with more convenient and secure support, including IMM app \u2013 a mobile application that serves as a private and secure communication platform between IMM Group and our clients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>About IMM App<\/strong>: IMM App is a smartphone application (available on both <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.immgroup.immcrm&amp;pli=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Android<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/us\/app\/imm-group\/id1418437930?ls=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">iOS<\/a>) developed by IMM Group for clients who have used or are currently using our consultancy services for residency and citizenship by investment. This application provides a secure communication platform for the exchange of sensitive information related to personal profiles, investment projects, case processing progress, etc. Using IMM App minimizes security risks commonly associated with standard email communication or other platforms lacking advanced encryption.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Security features<\/strong>: IMM App is designed to provide a high level of security. All data exchanged through this application is encrypted, and only authorized users (such as the client and the consultant handling the case) are permitted to access the communication content. The application requires secure login and may incorporate strong authentication (such as OTP, fingerprint recognition, or facial recognition on mobile devices) to ensure that only the intended user can access the information. We also implement data backup and protection within the application to safeguard information in the event that a user\u2019s device is lost or damaged.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Scope of IMM app usage<\/strong>: IMM App is recommended for the transmission of confidential documents and personal records instead of using email. Through IMM App, clients can securely and promptly send\/receive documents and text with their consultant. However, the use of the IMM App is not mandatory. If clients are unable to use the application, we remain available via alternative communication platforms upon request. In such cases, we will provide corresponding security recommendations (e.g., encrypting files before email transmission).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Data protection on IMM App<\/strong>: All personal information and communications shared through IMM App are protected with the same level of confidentiality as all other client data, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. IMM Group directly manages IMM App and applies cybersecurity measures to prevent unauthorized access. We regularly review and update the application to fix any potential security vulnerabilities and continuously enhance features, ensuring a safer and more reliable experience for our clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We guarantee that data exchanged via IMM App shall be protected with the highest level of security we are able to provide.
